What's more painful. C-section or vaginal? & Why?

I've only had a c section. And everyone I know who gave vaginal birth and c section said vaginal is way easier it's faster to heal. From my c section experience it was no joke. Your stomach is cut like you are hurting like you've never hurt before and I was so scared of not healing right but thank god I did. But if I was to have another baby I'm gonna do c section cause I know what to expect. I'd rather take that pain then the chance or ripping down there and labor

C section..takes way longer to heal

It's hard to tell, I know you can get the epidural with both. I had my baby vaginally and I had to be cut up a few times so they could pull her out. I couldn't feel the pain until after and it was hard to go to the bathroom and walk. My friend had a c-section and she said it hurt a lot, she had to becareful not to reopen her stitches.
