I would always double check with your OB just in case he's concerned for your personal situation.
My OB is ok with 200 mgs a day.
So about 12oz depending on the drink.

Yes just limit how much you're having. If you're used to drinking coffee every day my ob told me no more than 2 cups a day, completely stopping can cause headaches from the caffine withdrawals lol
