6 weeks. Has anyone had cramping in their tummy?? Like period cramps... but in their stomach!

That's what my mom and I are thinking! She got me gas relief chewable tablets. Gonna try it for awhile. And see what happens. Just wanted to ask around! See if anyone knew or had similar experiences
