It's a new day and that means it's time for me to move onto my next goal and my next fitness journey. I want to get stronger, but I want to stay lean. I want to gain some weight but I want to keep my athletism. So I'm moving onto a big venture, 8 weeks of high-performance training and I'm super pumped. It's going to be hard and I know there are going to be a lot of days in this schedule where it's like god I'm so not wanting to do that workout today! But you know what?! I think that is how I know I need this program right now! I need to be pushed and get out of my comfort zone!
What's also cool is I have footage of me doing some of these workouts from back in 20012ish! So I can compare where I was then, to the start of this program to my progress and in 8 weeks my results! I'm not gonna lie I'm kinda scared, I have never done a challenge of this magnitude (oooo big word!) So I'm going to need your support! Will you help me through this journey!?
