I haven't done it but I've been with my mom when she's had one done. They basically shove your boob into this big machine. Kinda hard to explain haha but good luck my dear. Try to stay positive, sending good vibes your way!

Don't worry it's not that bad! I think the worst part of it is that you have to stand in sort of a weird position and they have to make sure your boob is laying perfectly in there. So there's a lot of touching and them turning you and stuff. Just think of the poor men that have to do it! How do they fit man boobs in there?! Lol
