When it gets to a point where you just want to say fuck it!... Living with an abusive...controlling…

Why does she have such a hold over you? I get living under someone else's roof means abiding by some rules but she seems to make you so unhappy and there's been numerous times where I've seen she makes you question your ability to be a mother- which you're a brilliant one! How does a conversation go down with her when you bring issues up? There's got to be a way of getting around it as afterall, it's your child and your right to do things how you choose to do them! X

@jo.wilcox I cant even challenge her on the way she thinks...because at the end of the day...she says she is the one that is right...most conversations end up with her telling me to go away and stop being a spoilt brat...or neglectful...and she says when i do everything right..thats when all the interferring will stop...which i dont believe...if everything was perfect...shed then change her opinion about it and make it so i am then in the wrong...she will dig and dig and dig to find something not right no matter what... 😢😢😢xx

Longer u stay the longer u r letting her do it have u heard off Venus? They helped me I had nothin but my bags and 2 kids no home nothin n they got me some were with in 48 hours x

@winterbaby95, nobody can ever be always right. She might be right at times but not always, so that's just a silly mindset to have. If you were so neglectful then social services would be on your case. I know it's your mum and might not be my place to say but she sounds manipulative and vindictive and it's not healthy for either you or your daughter to be around someone like that. Is there no way of living with your partner at his/ parents place. Controlling people like that will never change, the more she controls you the more she gains over you. Hate to read this stuff! X

Keep your head held high @winterbaby95, you know it's wrong which you need to keep remembering! Don't let yourself believe the crap, this is an example of someone else putting their insecurities or failures onto you x

I need to go and see my housing adviser on Monday to sign some stuff. She is looking for a private landlord for me aswell as me....Just hard finding someone that will accept housing benefit etc xx

Make sure you get a bit stroppy with them! Not nice to do but they aren't in any rush so make sure you push things! And on another note, nothing wrong with have a big butt! Hehe xx

Who's bullying you? Is it your parent? Sounds horrid. Stay strong girl, don't listen to people who try to destroy your self esteem. Try to be financially independent and live by yourself. 😍
