So Benjamin is a year old now and i need advice on how to transition him from formula to milk. What are you words of wisdom?

Mix formula and milk in small increments, use like 3 scoops formula and 6oz water, and then 2 oz milk. Then the next day 2 scoops formula for 4oz water and add in 4oz milk. And so on until it's all just whole milk for them to drink. And to transition them to a sippy cup, put water in the bottle, and use milk or juice in the sippy. I prefer Nuby since the nipple is similar for the baby/ toddler.

I did a 1/4 cup of hemp milk for a week, then a half cup for a week, then 3/4 cup for 2 weeks until the month was up and then 100% hemp milk.  1 month transition after first birthday
