How early can you start to lose your mucus plug? I came to use the bathroom just now and seen this in my panties. Normally my discharge is white but this was clear and seemed sticky/mucousy

The only thing sperm does is soften your cervix @beccaaalynnn11, you are fine. It's healthy and does no harm

That's normal. Your plug regenerates. It's not bloody so it's okay.
