So ladies, as some of you may know, Justice started having some GI issues back in April at 6 months and by June when he was 8 months he got hospitalized due to vomiting and losing so much weight he fell off the growth chart. The hospital couldn't find anything wrong with him so they sent us home and told us to supplement with formula. So I made an appointment to see the GI doctor (back in June) and originally his appointment was Oct 10th but luckily there was a cancelation and he was able to be seen today. Now back in June after we got discharged I did a lot of research on his symptoms and came up with a solution but I needed a GI doctor to confirm it and guess what! It got confirmed and my diagnosis was right! Justice has something called Laryngomalacia and Tracheomalacia which is the cause of his squawking sounding cry, squeaky voice, weird cough, vomiting, loss of weight, etc. But the doctor said everything is ok now, we just had a rough patch, and everything should resolve by the time he's one but if it gets worse they'll do retesting and the scope/camera. He's had this since he was a baby but once he got older I realized the sounds he was making wasn't normal and once he turned 6 months everything got worse. Let's just hope and pray all this goes away soon and it doesn't get worse again. Anyways, Justice is gaining weight now again and after 4 months he's finally back on the growth chart again! 😁🤗
