Hey mom's I'm 34 weeks pregnant extreme back pain for the last 3 days wondering if I take Tylenol 325 mg would it hurt the baby? Called my doctor they said they would call back but the office is closed now until Monday In a lot of pain please help

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
