Having a baby means painful lol being induced means they start the process. I hear it does make the contractions more intense faster
I've been induced twice... exactly the same way... both times were completely different... I was still able to go natural with no pain meds during delivery... mostly it's all in your mindset... I did a lot of mental preparation... know going in this is going to be the hardest thing you have ever done... but literally the second the baby is out... all the pain instantly goes away... so instead of pulling away from the pain... push toward it... the more painful it is the closer you are to the end! Just focus on the contraction you are on... and don't worry about what's next... good luck momma! I hope you have an easy and safe delivery, and a quick recovery!
No but I was about to be but my son started progressing on his own. They stick and IV in you which drip potocin and that kick starts your contraction and helps you dilate . For some women being induced doesnt work and labor stalls then they have to get a CSection which is why most women prefer to go into labor on their own of possible
@ecross744 the after part hurts! With having a child, you're gonna feel pain one way or another lol
@ecross744, yea c-sections hurt. You will be sore and swollen and won't be able to walk without pain for like 3 days. Peeing hurts so bad. It all hurts
I had a c-section because I was induced and my son's heart rate started going up.
@ecross744 I did but once they got to a point where they hurt more than I wanted I asked for the epidural.
@ecross744 you'll do great mama. There's no shame in getting pain relief.
You won't be painless no matter how many pain meds etc you take
It is painful either way. It does not mean it's painful just because you're induced .
