Hey ladies,
Any one who had issues with their 1 year olds naps? Our girl has been really hard to put down for a nap for around a week and a half and now she refuse to nap all together.. Like at all! Just in general putting her to bed has been a battle.. Even for bedtime. We thought she was ready to transition to just one nap but she refuses that as well. She sleeps through the night for around 11 hours or so. But napping is almost non existent, unable to put her down no matter what.. Tips, advice?
@julieaforseth yes that is true.. And so far we've had 1.15 minutes to 2 hour naps. So getting better thankfully 😊
I agree with @tlistboom lots of activities definitely help to tire them out. An hour for ur little lady is still definitely a win!
Always when they are learning and their brains are changing things tend to feel more chaotic for us and structure seems to fade away! We just gotta remember they won't be this little for long one day they will be teenagers and they won't stop taking naps whenever they feel like it lol
He was sleeping through the night so it feels like back tracking but I think cuz I'm back to work that has changed his sleeping pattern
@julieaforseth omg waking up during the night is the worst... I hope that all settles for you soon!
@tlistboom yes we r gonna try that :) spent two hours outside yesterday and she slept for 1 hour only..we'll see how she does.
I'm having a similar struggle with my one year old he will nap at the dayhome though because he's exhausted but with me he refuses to unless he is in my arms and he was sleeping through the night but is now waking up again
Yay awesome !! I hope she continues for you
