Definitely love my moringa capsules!! I've pumped no less than 5 oz from each boob since I started taking them!! Definitely recommend these for ladies having bm supply trouble!!

Gotcha, you also have a one weeker too lol, my goal is to pump for 2 years, my baby never nursed, so hopefully with my 2-3x a day. But its a vitamin so I'll tey it!
@expectingz, every other time he nurses! So maybe 4/5 times a day! I was pumping 8 times a day (every 2 1/2-3 hrs) but my lactation nurse told me I wouldn't need to pump as much since he's nursing better

@kigercass, definitely!! It's so worth it!! My baby only woke up twice last night vs the 3-4 times he's been waking up the last couple days!! So I got some pretty good sleep!!
@mommalyles, thank you! I'm trying fenugreek because when my daughter is awake she will feed every hour either she's one hungry girl or my milk supply is dropping a bit but she doesn't wake up every hour when she sleeps but I'm still concerned I'll defiantly give that a try
@kigercass, 1000! I was actually reading some articles about it and saw that you could get great results with just 250-350 mg and that's when I realized I hadn't even looked at mine and saw it this morning
