I'm not sure if you can use this while pregnant but grandpas thylax soap from gnc is cheap and amazing it's a sulfur soap it smells awful but it's great! I would ask your dr if you can use it

@bhtlove, yea unfortunately any kind of traditional soap just doesn't do much for me. They either dry out my face or don't prevent any breakouts :/

Try using palmers cocoa butter from the dollar store. It's about $4 and I've used it for 5 years everyday. I used to break out with volcano type acne and haven't since I've been using this. It's a great moisturizer too. I use it under my makeup. It's the greasiest formula, not the lotion.

I used the Simple brand while pregnant. It's safe and it kept my skin clear. I'm thinking of going back to it!
