When I was pregnant I used the Simple brand. It's safe and after I started using it i had no more break outs. I should start using it again.

Get an actual face wash with tea tree oil as well as a moisturizer. Use witch hazel as a toner and don't wear makeup. It'll go away!

I broke out bad in the first trimester and and as soon as I hit sec trimester it went away but I would wash my face every day with the beauty dove soap
