Pax is waking up every 3 hours when he normally sleeps 6-9 hours all night. Is this a growth spurt? I didn't think they got one at 4 months (he'll be 4 months on the 1st)

He actually wakes up when we lay him down for bed and he puts himself back to sleep so I'm hoping once he starts sleep regression it won't be too bad

Might not be a growth spurt but a sleep regression. Look up 4 month sleep regression.

Yes there is 4 month 6 8/9 and 1 year. 4 month was the worst for me

I think they will have like 3 or 4 before the age 1
