Should still get things in legal order. That way If he's doing things he shouldn't, you CAN take his kid from him. My friends bf has a kid from a previous relationship, never married, etc. they have a custody agreement and in it, no significant others can't meet the kid (his or hers) for at least 6 months. And the significant other can't stay the night in the house with the child until they're married.
@emmaleigh, I'm trying so hard not to do that because he is a good dad just a pos to me @emmaleigh,
And go get full custody of them
