How much do four months olds nap? Mine hates sleep. He even still wakes up several times during the night. The most he will nap during the day on a good day. But you can tell he's exhausted idk what's going on or why he's doing this.

My son is a few days away from 7 months and he takes 2, 4 minute naps and maybe a quick 20 min cat nap around 5 to get him to bedtime. Still doesn't sleep through the night
4 months is a pretty rough month when it comes to sleep. But I think 3-4 naps is standard
My baby just turned 5 months and hasn't napped in a month or so. She'll take like 20 min naps. An hour is we are lucky. Some days longer but it's rare. But she sleeps all night.
@skyy12221, my son will literally sometimes try to go all day with no nap. But I will do things to try to make him fall asleep and he fights it like crazy! I'm worried that the lack of sleep isn't good for his development
My son is 10 months now but at 4 months and still at 10 months he naps between 4-6 times a day AMD still wakes up frequently at night. My oldest took 2-3 naps and woke up at least 10 times a night and didn't sleep through the night until 18 months. But now my 10 month old tosses and turns at night I have no idea why
My almost 4 month old sleeps from 9pm-4/5am eats, goes back to sleep, wakes up at 8ish, eats again and stays up maybe an hour then goes back to sleep till 11-1ish. He also takes two naps later on anywhere from 30 min-2 hours. Not sure if I should count my blessings or worry after seeing you all's comments
