Yes i took those before i started getting a prescription from my ob. Those actually don't have any iron in them either.
I used those too just make sure you eat something with them if I didn't id feel sick
So it's ok that Instead of bill i eat these ? And do I eat them both at the same time or one in the morning and one at night
