Hey second time mothers on here how did you manage your first born or tell them that there gonna wither have a brother or sister and of course maybe sometimes gets excited but they knew or know when the baby is coming and start getting jealous thinking that they weren't gonna get any attention when you know for a fact that they will and you tell them. They start whining and throwing fits and when they start to go brush there teeth they say I forgot what do y'all do I'm over loss for words fistrated confused and hurting emotionally.

I got my son involved with everything. He came to doctor appointments, he talked to my belly. I made sure I did activities with him every day so he could have the best last summer as an only child as he could... he was SUPER excited to be a big brother.

I agree with @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom, I've been keeping my 5 year old involved since the beginning just because I was worried she would feel like she was being replaced of course that's not the case but she's been excited ever since I even let her draw and take pictures with my belly.

@kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom I would take her to the doctors but I go to work afterwards. Yea daddy says that I should go walking with her and take her to the park cause we have a park at a walking distance she's excited about and yea I just need,to do things with her so she dont think I'm abandoning her which I'm not.

@nessairieray Yea I let her talk to it and kiss it and hug but she usually gets shy to talk to the tummy. And I've had pics with her kissing it or hugging it.
