My baby will be 4 months on the 1st of August. He's only having about 3 wet diapers lately. He's still eating, its kind of a fight cause his teething is bothering him. But his color is okay, his temp is fine, soft spot isn't indented, cries tears and mouth is wet. Does that mean he's fine? Could it be the teething and the heat (99° heat index of 105-112)? Should I be concerned?
