^where do you do milestone paper work? I've never heard of this. Mine is about 14 months old and she drinks great out of a cup. But it spills everywhere when she sets it down. lol. Who makes these things up?!
I never had to fill out milestone papers and my 2 year old just started placing a cup down without spilling it
