Hiccups are harmless, it's just the babies immune system working. If he hiccups forever that's normal.

@mybabyboyontheway gripe water is COMPLETELY natural it won't hurt him what so ever but it will get rid of his hiccups it takes the tiniest amount to make them go away. Or just try giving him a bottle and sometimes babies will hiccup if they are wet

Have you tried burping him while bouncing lightly that usually works
