My husband just asked if they have a app for first time dads or just an app for dads to discuss parenting

@mitiacarolina3 My husband is bad with changing, unless she obviously pooped he never changes her. But with feeding anytime she cries or gets fussy he goes do you think she's hungry. Like she just ate 🙄 you have to entertain babies too not just stuff bottles into their mouths.

@emily526, lol 😂 I'd be more afraid when it's time to eat or be changed ... knowing him, he would try to wait to see how long id be gone

@mitiacarolina3 I would worry for my daughter lol I think my husband would be OK until the laundry needed to be done. Then I wonder what she would be wearing.

@emily526, and that's when the petty voice in the back of your mind should go "hey, let's make a store run to the next city over and leave him in the house with the baby" I'd put my phone on silent, turn the radio up and get lost on purpose just to prove a point

@mitiacarolina3 I should try that line haha. Our daughter is 4 months now but I'm still pretty hormonal and he cannot sympathize with me at all.

@emily526, this is our first child and he's already helpless. He looks at me like I'm overreacting about how my body feels but when I ask him if he wants to trade places he's quick to shut up

@mitiacarolina3 OK stop our husbands should be best friends 😂 his famous line is "all you have to do is ask" like no... I shouldn't have to ask you to wash her bottles or take out the trash or change her diaper.

@emily526, then he gets offended when I try to do everything by myself saying didn't I ask him for help? Ummm I shouldn't have to ask for help

@mitiacarolina3 Right?! Or at the very least he could have some friends who understand when he says he can't go out bc the baby is having a fussy day. Or even other guys with wives who can confirm I'm not crazy I'm just like every other mom out there lol

@emily526, that way we don't have to keep answering questions that they then complain about not understanding because we don't explain it right

My husband keeps talking about finding guy friends he can talk to who have kids as well bc all of his friends have no idea what it's like to have a baby. All this being said he's too lazy to try and make any new friends lol. But I feel like an app like that would be great!

Mine is stubborn and feels like he knows what needs to know already. He just wants the app "just in case" he has a question

I'm proud that he wants to be involved and wants to talk to other dads about what he feels and wants to ask questions

I haven't came across one like ours which sucks
