Came in around two after my water breaking at 130
Had contractions for roughly seven hours and I was dilated to a THREE so I was pretty pissed lol
Then from about 830-920 I dilated to a 8 and yes you heard right a 8 lol then he was born by 10:07 with three pushes!! Omg it was crazy!
I'm telling you ladies chiropractors are amazing ❤️❤️❤️👶🏼👶🏼 made my pushing and actual birth go so much smoother 😊 and I am DAMN PROUD I did zero pain medications. GO ME 🎉🎉💃🏼 he's so perfect 😍😘👶🏼

I'm SO happy for you... been busy with my girl and totally missed that you had your little man!! I too went to a chiropractor my whole pregnancy and really believe that is what allowed me to progress so quickly at the end... I was able to do it with out pain meds and only pushed 4 times! It's amazing when your body is aligned and baby is in correct position how smooth delivery can be! I'm SO happy for you!
