Has anyone had the copper iud? I'm getting it when I go to my pp check up and I'm just wondering if you like it or not?…

I'm doing the copper iud this time and only thing I've heard is it can make your periods heavy. But I prefer no hormones so I'm going to try it. Also my sister had the nuva ring and said it would fall out during sex sometimes and Well...she has two kids because of it lol

lol that's why I want the copper because no hormones and it toke me awhile to get pregnant with my son because I was on the pill for 4 years. But I posted it on a mom group on Facebook and some moms after they had it taken out are infertile. They can't get pregnant and that scares me because I only have one child and I want more! @ecahanes,

To be honest one of my clients husband is a lawyer and they make 70 percent of their income suing birth control companies. I haven't used birth control until after this one I hate it but I really don't want another. But I think those stories are more freak accidents. I've heard lots of good things on it.

I have the copper iud, paraguard! I absolutely love it. Having it inserted wss a but uncomfortable but otherwise no issues! @annekam1022

When did you have it inserted and what did it feel like? @kayla187,

Some pressure. Hurt less than having your cervix checked though. Had it inserted about 3 months ago. @annekam1022

I'll be 7 weeks pp. So I'm a little nervous. I was cut and had stitches. So I hope it don't hurt at all!😣
