So I've decided to switch back to breastfeeding only. We did the formula for 2 days because her pediatrician said to but I know breast milk is so much better for her and it seems just the zantac alone is helping with her acid reflux. The only thing is he had us giving her 4 ounce bottles of formula and now that I'm back to giving her only my boob she doesn't seem satisfied after she empties both of them. Anyway to fix this? I really want to continue on with breastfeeding 😔

@skyy12221 how long does it take for my body to make more/build my supply? If I put her to my boob every 2 hours and pump every hour will it be an instant change or does it take days?
Your breasts are never empty! She's cluster feeding, probably going through a growth spurt and trying to regulate your supply. Breastfeeding is based off supply and demand when you put your baby to your breast she'll let your body know how much milk she needs and your body will make that. You're doing awesome mama! Continue breastfeeding and let her nurse often its all ok!
I wanted to do one of these before our breastfeeding journey ended. I have a feeling it’s soon 😔 since her dr has us giving her formula to give her more calories, I’m finding it difficult to give her breastmilk as well. I just found her on Instagram to discover it wasn't her child it was in fact her nephew?????? My baby's grandmother is always mentioning how I should give her formula and it is really getting annoying. We told her how much weight she gained and she said, "Oh goodness, you might need to give her some formula because when it's time for her to walk she'll be too fat." Pediatrician is making me switch to formula for a week because baby girl is spitting up and not gaining enough she only gained 4oz in 2 weeks even though I was feeding her every 2 hours religiously. He said I only have to do it for the week and then I can switch back to exclusively breastfeeding but omg we've done the formula for a day and her poop smells sooo bad and there's so much of it. 😷
So I called eliana's doctor yesterday because she's been refusing her formula for some time now and she called back this morning and told me to give her ripple milk and give a vitamin d supplement... My question is where do I get a vitamin d supplement for a baby? I didn't even think to ask her while i was on the phone 😩
If your baby continues to be on the breast it will stimulate another letdown and there will be more to eat!
