Agreed. Shortcuts are unhealthy and cause you to just blow back up if you don't follow them for the rest of your life basically. Just develop a healthy eating lifestyle and you'll feel just different.

@beebaby is right. Eating healthy and exercise is the way to go. Wasting money on programs that will only help by a little is not worth it. Weightloss is 80% eating right and 20% exercise. You gotta put in work.
