Ladies is there a certain amount of tums you can have in a day? Of course I have heart burn too 😣

I take Pepcid too, it really is a life saver!

Too many tums can cause a calcium build up which may lead to kidney or gallbladder stones. That's why you should get something like zantac

Pepcid was the only thing that worked for me too

@ecahanes, my midwife recommended it to me, it reduces the amount of acid your stomach produces! It's been a total game changer! Even water was giving me heartburn!

Have you tried taking something like Pepcid? It was the only thing that tamed the heartburn for me!

I used to eat 3 every hour lol a whole pack in a dayb

You will be fine. The worst that happens is a calcium buildup, which causes bladder stones, I believe. While those stink, taking a few extra here and there won't hurt you.

And I know people don't go by that but idk I think if I take three more I should be ok ..?

It's says for pregnant women no more then five in 24 hours I had 3 last night but I need three more! It's so bad

It says on the package... i think its no more then 3 or 4 every 3 hours or so
