It's supply and demand. Start pumping (machine or by hand), or continue what you're doing.
However, I have heard from 3 different lactation consultants that check in on me (yes 3... happens when you have a NICU baby...) and they said, oatmeal and/or brewers yeast (beer too, but the yeast is better apparently).
My sister had suggested this to me. I ended up not pumping anymore cause I just wasn't keeping up with her after I left the hospital and my daughter wouldn't breastfeed so I didn't use it all that much myself but my sister said it had helped her.

If he is gaining weight, making regular diapers he is getting enough. I understand the concern but just giving you the facts

Drink a ton of water and nurse as often and as long as baby wants and you will be good

Feeding on demand will. You don't need to pump. Foods wont help either dont try lol

Why do you think it needs increase? Feeding on demand is the only way to increase it.
