Hi , i have a friend that's milk supply is getting low and we need tips fast ! These are the things she has tried (I have mothers milk tea and blue Gatorade and pedialyte and I'm about to buy lactation cookies)

Nothing is going to work to increase her supply except nursing/pumping more. What makes her think her supply is getting low?

I read about that ice cream the other day, and then my friend posted on sc last night that she ate some and she noticed more milk coming while she was feeding her daughter. I hope it works for your friend. 😊
