Mommas I need some support tomorrow I will be six weeks and this is the week I am terrified of. My last three pregnancies never mad it past 6 weeks and 4 days. I am so scared I want so much for this pregnancy to stick. Wat are ways I could just help relax myself cuz I am beyond scared🤰🏻

Just be positive as can be & tell yourself your going to be alright(both of you), because you will be alright. Just keep hope that you'll both make it & try your best not to stress so much it's bad for the both of you! I believe this one will be fine& you will as well. Good luck I hope everything goes smoothly & turns out alright. Keep your head held high!

Good luck momma! If you are spiritual, the best way to help is to give it to God. Even if you're not, try some relaxation techniques like a nice long bath, some calming tea, and one of my favorites is a movie or stand up that will make me laugh my butt off. Laughter always helps ease tension!

Good luck momma! I just passed six weeks too. Don't worry about it. Try to keep yourself busy with other things. I drink green tea with honey to calm any anxieties I have as well.
