They won't . unless you have a valid reason that can explained. When I'm irritated there's hardly ever a way to explain it unless I'm hungry or actually being bothered by something .
Maybe there is an underlying reason that you're trying block out but its still bothering your mental ? That sometime happen to me ad well

Oh I know why I'm irritated but if I talk to the person right now I'll probably have no where to live
