Anyone else going through excruciating gas pains? The pains were so bad this morning I thought I was going into labor. Is there anything you've done to get some relief?

I get them at times they r awful. One of the ladies told me gasX works great
Mom's that went natural no meds , was it painful? Or painful PAINFUL ? I got an epidural last time but I wanna go no meds...

Quick question: Are the contractions or pushing the most painful?
I’ve felt contractions with my first and omg. But I didn’t experience the pushing. He was way to tiny.
So I woke up today to a HUGE pain in my lower back but only on my left side that was accompanied by a pain of period cramps. I've never had a pain that bad.. I sat up and laid down and it wouldn't go away. Could I be going into labor?
i am.. and its been around the same time for 2 nights now. smh
