is there an allergy medication / decongestant that's safe during pregnancy? My ears are so clogged 😫

@taylorg, being so early even with saying a medication is safe , id still stay away from it. To many risk and things going on with development this early on.

@taylorg, someone yesterday made a post and someone said try chewing gum . I'm going to try it next time mines does it . I know you can't have the fake sugar in gums it's those two big p words that in bold print your supposed to stay away from. But I know trident cinnamon doesn't have it . I chew that one specifically when preggo. So you may want to try it. Also I know a warm shower with the steam helps me as well

@taylorg, yep mines last a couple of hours each time . Happens about twice a week since I was 4 weeks. I had sneezing fits too and then that stopped after a few weeks . But the ear things hasn't gone away yet .

But my ears have been clogged off and on since the beginning of my pregnancy. Just randomly happens , I think it's just apart of all the changes going on. I wouldn't take it unless you had to either way .
