My son has woken up with peeling skin on his hands and a rash on both arms. His hands remind me of a snake shedding its skin. I gave him a oatmeal bath, put aquaphor on his hands and arms after the bath. What could this possibly be? I'm considering staying home because I don't know if it's contagious or not. Whatever this is, I will be taking him to the pediatrician tomorrow. Thanks for all suggestions.
