This randomly appeared on my baby, doesn't feel bumpy or anything. Could it be a rash?

It's a strawberry patch!! Haha that's what my mother in law calls them. My son has it on the back of his neck

Although! Since you're little munchkin is so new, it may not be a "strawberry patch" his skin is adapting to his surrounding. It could be a new born rash. My nug got it while we were still in the hospital. It's hard to tell in the picture but his eyelids and cheeks were covered

It could be heat rash? Have you been out in the sun all yesterday or today?

My son had heat rash while we were vacationing in Florida and it looked similar!
