Omggggggg yessss... I had slowed down with the spicy food and it helped out a bit.. N eating fruits helped also..

I have heart burn 24/7

My heartburn has tripled in intensity these past few weeks. Hurts so and I can feel it in my back. I take a pepcid morning and at night everyday. Helps a ton.
