Hey have a ❓for you. Before pregnancy I thought I researched that you should be drinking atleast half of your body weight in water. I looked it up for pregnancy and all I saw was 40 oz. That doesn't seem like enough, is it still half your body weight? 🚰
I weighed 200 pre-pregnancy and I drink about 100oz a day, if I don't I get contractions because my uterus gets irritated
