I think I had a heat stroke earlier. Maybe it was mild. Idk what my temp was. But I was walking back to the car, when I got really nauseous, light headed and weak. I had to fall to sit on the sidewalk. I didn't make it to the car. I couldn't see straight for a couple of minutes. My mom was ahead of me with my 2yo. I told her keep going to get her in the car. Then she came back for me. A few ppl stopped to see if I was ok and if I needed help to stand and get to the car. I declined cause I could barely see and my legs were too weak. But after a few minutes. I got up and made it to the car with my mom and she gave me a moist towel to put on my head. I don't remember much after that. She brought me straight home and I got into the shower. Should I have gone to the hospital? I feel better now. I ate and am drinking water. But I still feel very weak.

Omg! I'm glad you're ok! Call your doctor in the morning, stay hydrated and stay cool. Avoid caffeine if you drink it and get rest. Do you feel the need to go to hospital? I'm assuming this was a few hours ago..

@skyy12221 yea it was around 5. Idk if I should I hate going cause I feel like I'm wasting their time. I feel more pressure down there and very weak. I'm trying to drink enough but I feel like throwing it up. 😓

@rivera.kristy I would say go then. We don't need you puking up the hydration you need. They can give you an IV and give them to you way faster without you having to puke or feel like puking or getting a tummy ache. Feeling weak isn't good either, plus to make sure little man is ok. Have you taken your temp?

No I haven't checked it. I just listened to him his rate is at 145bpm I'll check now.

I'm feeling a lot better thanks. I have a fetal Doppler at home. I listen to the baby about 3 times a day.
