What are good ways to keep calm when you feel like crying ? Long story short I'm high risk and told I should avoid all types of stress including emotional as much as possible . So I need ways to cope with things that isn't crying
I mentally visualize putting things I don't want to think about in a box and put away on a shelf then distract with positive things
Distraction like watching a good movie, reading a good book or playing a game. Whatever u like to do.
Music always works well for me when I'm stressed.
