My son got his 12 month vaccinations on Monday, he felt warm Tuesday and he threw up 3 times. The 3rd time he was asleep and covered my entire bed. Is the a reaction to his shots?

To me it sounds like a coincidence he could have gotten something from the doctors. I would call to make sure though
