Okay #momlife mom's, need some opinions.. My month old daughter is having some serious gas problems. And we are pretty sure it's the formula she is on now (which is Similac Advance). So, I want to talk to her Pediatrician about switching her either to Similac Soy or Similac Sensitive. Which one do you girls prefer? Please, let me know your opinion. I feel so bad for my baby girl. She is getting so fussy, and you can tell her stomach is really hurting her. We burp her non stop, in so many positions. Give her gas drops (Mylicion), and she has the Playtex VentAir Baby Bottles, with the Slow Flow Nipples. So, please I need a formula that will help her gas, and fussiness, and is also WIC approved.
I switched to sensitive and that fixed my daughters problems! We switched back to advanced when she was 7 months old and we haven't had any problems
My daughter had the same problem. When we switched to the sensitive one it made her even more gassy (for some reason it was extra frothy). We switched back and forth until we realized that she just had to get used to it (similac advanced). We used gas drops and would burp her when she was half way done with the bottle and then after when she finished. That seemed to really help.
Ahh my niece is on the Orange can of similac and that seems to work well for my sister in law
@mommysbabies , my WIC doesn't do enfamil unfortunately. I wish they did. Because that was she was on at first.
Sensitive for us
