@nayla786 ive heard if you have something cold it stimulates the movement but also you dont want the little one bouncing about so the sonographer can do the measurements. I didnt take anything and on my letter it stated full bladder is not required. I think it was just a good moment and baby woke up from a snooze.

@nayla786 Yes we got 3, the baby was in really good position, it was stretching the little legs so captured that ♥️. Enjoy every moment because it goes so fast in there!!!

@nayla786 get sonographer to see if u have one. I actually have the same pain too which as we are both 12 weeks could be ligament pain but could be annoying cyst.

Could be round ligament pains they are normal also your bowel is the left side could be trapped air or constipation ect xx @nayla786 if your not bleeding from anywhere everything sounds normal :) xx
