Fitness is so much better when you do it together! It makes me so so happy when Sammy and Owen join me in a workout! Sammy does tend to get frustrated when she doesn't get the move down right away though. She will stop and then give up. I just tell her,

"hun you will never learn it if you keep stopping! You have to keep trying and then you will get it!"

So she picked herself back up and we got right back to it!

I'm so proud of you, my girl! We rocked this workout!
