Heyyyy! I was "overweight" too with my first appointment. I have lost 11lbs, the healthy way. My little girl is still measuring perfect and the doctor has no worries. I bought a wii and used the wii fit, I just did yoga and the easy aerobics for about 15 minutes, and I started drinking itworks greens (they provide your daily servings of fruits and veggies and energy, which we all know we need during pregnancy lol) I can give you more info about them if you want. 😊😊😊
Cut out any soda at the very least, if you're a soda drinker, and replace with carbonated water and fresh fruits. You'll see a huge difference!
Diet is the most important. You can exercise all day long but diet is what makes the difference.

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I agree with @simmiebaby, definitely cut out pop, it's high in sugar and dehydrates you in the summer, drink lots of water!
