So can braxton hicks be cramp like pains as well that roll down toward lady parts?I had this same kimd of feelings one night super bad thought I was in real labor but obviously wasnt bc after 12 hrs they slowed down n then stopped and tonight I've been doing nothing but drinking water and relaxing but yet I'm getting same cramp like painful feelings !! I know to start to time them but if they are braxton hicks how else can I gt them to stop I'm soo tired of being miserable :( and I have been keeping very hydrated) any suggestion would be appreciated

Try walking usually if they are Braxton Hicks walking will make them stop
I had a uncomfertable cramping going on at 12:37 now I just got it again at 12:43 can Braxton hicks do,that ? for,the last few days I've been feeling a lot of these and they seem to get worse .

Try a hot/warm bath if it's false labor they will stop if it's real it will intensify them
