You could go for a quick fix. You could buy into HUGE promises of fast results. You could swallow some pill, wear some patch, get some cheap shake AND fall for the gimmicks, schemes, scams and UNHEALTHY tricks to lose weight fast ONLY to gain it all back and feel awful.... getting no where.

OR just maybe YOU could TRUST the process of HARD WORK, have DETERMINATION, and ONLY COMPETE WITH YOURSELF!

HEALTHY LONG LASTING weight loss happens at a rate of 1 to 2 pounds a week. This is my REAL IMPERFECT journey using only healthy foods while enjoying treats here and there... eating the foods I love and eating a lot, a wholefoods 70 superfoods shakeology -- chocolate shake, drinking half my weight in ounces of water, exercising for only ~30 minutes almost everyday -- switching up my program every month. I still ENJOYED holidays, birthdays, vacations & trips for ice cream!

The only difference between who I strive to be now and who I use to be is the community of people.. these coaches I choose to surround myself with. They INSPIRE me to make healthier choices not just physically. .. also mentally and financially. They EMPOWER me, motivate me when I need it most and to GIVE THAT to others is what has kept me going for over a year now.

I've finally reached my pre first baby weight after 7 long months of failures and victories. One thing that hasn't changed since the first fit group I did is I've learned to be comfortable in my skin and that is what I LOVE to give to others that do the work along side with me. To help them trust the process!

I share this to show you that if I a full time working mom of two kids who use to be FULL of BS excuses and self limiting beliefs -- YOU can do it too! It doesn't need to be perfect. It's not going to happen over night & it doesn't have to.. YOU just have to TRUST, BELIEVE & be the B@D@$$ self I know you already are.
@lucifermommy haha!! They do say abs are made in the kitchen!! Mine would probably be better if I didn't cheat as much as I do lol!! I'll send you a message though!
Girl what kind of daily routine can I use? I've got some tummy flab I want to get rid of. What kind of work outs are good for toning the core? And what kind of diet (I eat a lot of junk.. maybe that's the problem lol)

You look amazing. And I so needed to read that today. Ive been feeling real low . I lost three pounds in one week. And not as bloated.but then people make neg comments and drag me down. But your an inspiration!
