I am so proud of myself and so thankful for the support I have at home! I'm now only 15lbs away from my weight goal! Doesn't mean I will stop though. This is a lifestyle change for me and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made! I did ALL of this at home!! No gym needed!!!

You know what I love about working out at home---- Everything!!!!

I don't have to drive to a gym. The time it would take me to drive to a gym, I could already be done with a work out from home!

I don't feel gymtimidation😊 I always felt like I was being judged and people were watching me.

I don't feel like I should let people know, Hey, I'm just here to workout , not lookin' for a date---geez---

And--- I don't have to pay for a personal trainer!!! I get one everyday when I push play!!!

No pricey membership✔

No gym creepers✔

No pricey personal trainer✔

100s of workouts ---- less than most gym memberships - personal coach ----motivation--- support---FUN!!!
