At what age did everyone start introducing lunch times? Alex gets his breakfast at about 10.15/10.30am and gets his dinner at 5pm (obviously gets milk in between) but starting to notice he looks hungry about 12/1/2pm....what kind of stuff should I give him for lunch? Haven't really gave him any proper food other than the starting baby food as I'm terrified he's going to choke 😂 any advice would be great!☺
Ladies...if your husband has a friend of the opposite sex who is asking for advice from him about what to do about her cheating husband....how would you feel about it? Would you even let that conversation go on? I would like to get every and any opinion on this matter
Main dishes!
What are your foods that are a necessity for your family at thanksgiving, Christmas and any other holiday dinner/lunch?
My son is 14 months tomorrow and we can hardly get him to eat solid foods on his own. We want to wean him off formula by 18 months and have been trying to get him to snack on small finger foods and he mainly just plays with it or throws it off his tray. Sometimes he will eat it if we give it to him but most of the time he shakes his head no. Any ideas or tips on how to get him more interested in eating? He will eat yogurt bites and cherrios on his own but that's about it.
Discontinued Foods
What are some discontinued/throwback foods or drinks you miss?
You could try offering breakfast a little earlier then lunch around 12 maybe. It depends how long you've been weaning & what you've offered so far but he can have anything you eat now. Just avoid salt & sugar where possible. I offer a hot meal for lunch & tea when their young babies. With fruit puree for pudding. Then yogurt with tea (or visa versa). Max literally ate whatever we had for dinner & I'd make a batch of other meals to freeze which I'd give him for lunch or he'd have a pouch or jar for lunch.
